When selling a home, you require a Contract before the Real Estate Agent is allowed to advertise the property for sale. At Active Property Conveyancing, we guarantee that the Agent will have the Contract in their hands within 24 hours of you providing us with instructions.

Once sold, we ensure that the sale proceeds without a hitch and arrange your discharge of mortgage and settlement whilst informing and keeping you updated throughout the whole process.
